Tardigrader.App（以下「当方」）は、買い物比較アプリ「かいもの博士」（以下「本アプリ」）および本サイトにおける利用者情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリ内に保存される情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。

検索語、検索日時、検索先および検索条件を含む検索履歴
お気に入りに登録した検索語、検索先、検索条件および利用者が入力したメモ
検索条件の初期設定、テーマ、表示言語などのアプリ設定

これらの情報は本アプリの機能を提供するために使用され、当方のサーバーへ送信されません。本アプリにはアカウント登録機能はなく、当方がこれらの情報を利用者個人と結び付けて取得することはありません。端末内の情報は、本アプリ内の削除機能または本アプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。

2. 検索先サービスへの通信

利用者が検索を実行すると、検索語および選択した検索条件を含むURLが、利用者の端末から選択した外部サービスへ送信されます。対象には Amazon.co.jp、楽天市場、ヨドバシ・ドット・コム、Yahoo!ショッピング、メルカリ、楽天ラクマ、Yahoo!フリマ、ジモティーおよびGoogleが含まれます。送信後の情報は、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。当方は検索先サービスを運営せず、検索内容を中継または受信しません。

3. アフィリエイトリンク

本アプリは、各プログラムの審査・登録完了後、設定が有効なものについて次のアフィリエイトプログラムを利用します。

Amazonアソシエイト・プログラム — Amazon.co.jpへの対象リンクにトラッキングIDを付加します。Amazonのアソシエイトとして、Tardigrader.Appは適格販売により収入を得ています。詳しくは Amazonアソシエイト・プログラム運営規約をご覧ください。
楽天アフィリエイト — 楽天市場への対象リンクを、楽天アフィリエイトの計測用リンクに変換します。詳しくは楽天アフィリエイトガイドラインをご覧ください。
メルカリアンバサダー — メルカリへの対象リンクにアフィリエイト計測情報を含める場合があります。詳しくはメルカリアンバサダーご利用ガイドラインをご覧ください。
バリューコマースアフィリエイト — Yahoo!ショッピングなどへの対象リンクを、バリューコマース株式会社が提供する計測用リンクに変換する場合があります。詳しくは広告掲載時の注意点・関連する法律をご覧ください。

対象リンクを開くと、リンク先事業者またはアフィリエイトサービス事業者が、Cookieその他の識別子、IPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ情報、アクセス日時、参照元、クリック、購入・成果に関する情報などを取得する場合があります。取得した情報は、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従って、リンクの遷移、成果の判定、不正防止、報酬の算定およびレポート作成などに利用されます。

当方は各プログラムの管理画面等を通じて、クリック数、成果の発生、購入金額、報酬額などの集計情報または成果情報を確認する場合があります。当方が、リンク先で利用者が入力する氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、決済情報をアフィリエイトプログラムから受け取ることはありません。

4. お問い合わせ

本アプリの「要望・不具合の報告」から送信すると、利用者が入力した内容（種別、内容、任意の返信用メールアドレス）に加えて、不具合調査のためにアプリのバージョン、OSの種類とバージョン、端末の機種名、表示言語が、Googleフォームへ送信されます。送信される内容は送信前に画面で確認できます。送信はネットワーク経由でGoogleのサーバーに対して行われ、GoogleがIPアドレスなどを取得する場合があります。当方は、回答、不具合調査およびサービス改善のために使用し、必要な期間に限って保管します。送信に失敗した場合は、同じ内容を事前入力したフォームをブラウザで開くことができます。詳しくは Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

5. 本サイト

本サイトはGitHub Pagesを利用して配信しています。GitHubは、セキュリティ確保やサービス提供のため、IPアドレス、アクセス日時、ブラウザ情報などを処理する場合があります。詳しくは GitHubのプライバシーに関する声明をご覧ください。本サイト自身はアクセス解析や広告を使用しません。言語設定を維持するため、ブラウザのlocalStorageに「ja」または「en」を保存します。トップページの「ブラウザで試す」は、入力した検索語から各外部サービスの検索ページのURLを利用者のブラウザ内で組み立ててリンクにするもので、検索語を当方のサーバーへ送信したり保存したりすることはありません。リンクを開いた後の情報は、各外部サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

6. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。

7. 子どもの利用

未成年の方は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリをご利用ください。当方が13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図して収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、法令または本アプリの機能変更などに応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイトまたは本アプリ内でお知らせします。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、本アプリ内の「要望や不具合の報告」、または tardigrader.app[at]gmail.com（[at]を@に置き換えてください）へお願いします。

本ポリシーは、現在のアプリ実装をもとに作成しています。広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ解析、独自APIなどを今後導入する場合は、公開前に本ポリシーを更新します。

Tardigrader.App (“we”) describes how user information is handled in the Dr. Kaimono shopping comparison app (“the app”) and on this website.

1. Information stored in the app

The app stores the following information on your device:

Search history, including search terms, date and time, destination, and selected filters
Favorite search terms, destinations, filters, and any memo you enter
Default search filters and app settings such as theme and display language

This information is used to provide app features and is not sent to our servers. The app has no account registration, and we do not obtain this information in a form linked to your identity. You can delete local information using the app’s deletion features or by uninstalling the app.

2. Communication with search services

When you run a search, a URL containing your search terms and selected filters is sent from your device to the service you chose. These services include Amazon.co.jp, Rakuten Ichiba, Yodobashi.com, Yahoo! Shopping, Mercari, Rakuma, Yahoo! Flea Market, Jimoty, and Google. After transmission, each service handles the information under its own privacy policy. We do not operate these services or relay or receive your searches.

3. Affiliate links

After any required review and registration, the app uses the following programs when their settings are enabled:

Amazon Associates Program — Eligible Amazon.co.jp links include a tracking ID. As an Amazon Associate, Tardigrader.App earns from qualifying purchases. See the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement.
Rakuten Affiliate — Eligible Rakuten Ichiba links are converted into tracking links. See the Rakuten Affiliate Guidelines.
Mercari Ambassador — Eligible Mercari links may contain affiliate tracking information. See the Mercari Ambassador Guidelines.
ValueCommerce Affiliate — Eligible links to services such as Yahoo! Shopping may be converted into tracking links provided by ValueCommerce Co., Ltd. See its advertising guidance.

When you open an eligible link, the destination or affiliate service provider may collect cookies or other identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, access time, referrer, clicks, and purchase or conversion information. Each provider processes this information under its own privacy policy to redirect links, attribute conversions, prevent fraud, calculate compensation, and prepare reports.

Through program dashboards or reports, we may see aggregated or conversion information such as click count, conversion occurrence, purchase amount, and compensation. Affiliate programs do not provide us with the name, address, phone number, email address, or payment information you enter on a destination service.

4. Inquiries

When you send a report from the app’s feedback screen, the information you enter (type, message, and an optional reply email) is sent to Google Forms together with the app version, OS name and version, device model, and display language, which help us investigate issues. The exact information is shown on screen before you send it. The request goes to Google’s servers over the network, and Google may collect your IP address and similar data. We use submissions to reply, investigate issues, and improve the service, and retain them only as long as necessary. If sending fails, you can open the same form pre-filled in your browser. 5. This website

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process IP address, access time, browser information, and similar data to provide and secure the service. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement. This website does not use analytics or advertising. The “Try it in your browser” tool on the top page builds links to third-party search pages from your keyword entirely within your browser; your keyword is not sent to or stored on our servers. Once you open a link, the destination service’s privacy policy applies. It stores “ja” or “en” in your browser’s localStorage solely to remember your language choice.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Except where required by law, we do not disclose personal information we obtain to third parties without your consent.

7. Children

Minors should obtain a parent or guardian’s consent where necessary before using the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy in response to legal or product changes. We will announce material changes on this website or in the app. An updated policy applies when posted on this page.

This policy reflects the current app implementation. We will update it before introducing advertising, analytics, crash reporting, a proprietary API, or similar services.
